We have the incredible pleasure of inviting you to our stationary store in Poznan, Poland. By offering our customers the highest quality bikes we have decided to prepare a unique place that will reflect our passion for two wheels.
Cyclists needed a multifunctional space in which the bicycle shop, service and place for fitting and testing bikes would easily cross. Knowing that in Velo7 everything revolves around two wheels, our interior designers followed the lead and took on the bicycle inspiration.
Triangular forms and slants appearing in the whole interior are a direct reference to the shape of the bike frame and also the Velo7 logo. Its characteristic geometry was also translated into a special selling hanger designed by our architects, thanks to which an additional place for presenting the bikes was obtained.
The store is subtly divided into categories and zones. The most important brands we cooperate with, such as Colnago or Bianchi, have their own separate shop in shop corner. Bicycles are divided into categories, and so are road, cyclocross, triathlon and TT or vintage machines from the 70s and 80's. We have custom designed special hangers for wheels, frames and smaller accessories to make them better exposed. Everything is carefully thought out and in our layout finds its dedicated place.
The last, somewhat hidden element referring to cycling is the whole view of the entire store. Passages dividing the whole interior are reminiscent of a bicycle wheel with a centrally located exposition (hub) and its converging lines - spokes. The dynamic form of the interior is also intended to bring to mind the rhythm of cycling races.
Our store has been awarded several times with distinctions and prizes for interior design. Our greatest success is the 1st place at the very prestigious Global Retail Design Awards 2018 in Shanghai! The store design for Velo7 won the competition with the interiors of the world's largest brands! Among the nominees with whom we competed, among many nominees you will find the Adidas flagship store located on 5th Avenue in New York, a boutique of the fashion giant Hermes, the T-Mobile concept store, the huge space of Galleries Lafayette, or the design store New York MoMA The Museum of Modern Art! Initially, over 700 projects from around the world were taken into the competition - that fact makes us happy and proud that our Polish cycling project has been noticed.
