ZIPP 2001 - CAMPAGNOLO RECORD

Today we move 30 years back to 1992 - that's when this colorful bird went into production - a truly groundbreaking design of a time bike: Zipp 2001. The prototype was created a year earlier, after a few years it also had its successor, i.e. the 3001 model. However, after some time UCI prohibited such bold designs and was no longer allowed to race under license from the cycling union.

He gained his fame with a groundbreaking project. You can also often find photos of Robin Williams on the web, who passionately rode this car. Probably this machine will not win any triathlon again, but it makes a similar impression as it did 30 years ago. An incredible treat for collectors and fans of "UCI Bandits" projects.
