Founded by Silvino Grandis in 1965, Grandis is an Italian manufacturer from Verona which still produces high-end racing bicycles. Everything started in 1930, when Silvino built his first frame, though he started selling bicycles under his name not earlier than 35 years later. Ever since then, his bicycles have been admired by cyclists and collectors around the globe. p>
The Grandis Columbus MAX was one of the top models. Made of stiff and sturdy Columbus MAX tubes, ornamented with engravings, this bicycle perfectly illustrates Grandis skills in building steel bikes. You can admire the fine details like the pecise pantographes, fine cutout lugs or arched brake bridge. And of course the classic Grandis partypiece - the engraved "G" logo in the head tube. p> As for the equipment, it is fitted with classic Campagnolo C-Record parts and Shamal wheels in very nice condition. And speaking of condition, the bike still sports the original "Maestro Martini" paintjob and decals, which are equally well preserved. The bike underwent a full service in our workshop and that means that you will be able to enjoy this classic Italian road bike without any worries on the road. p>
